Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the national head of the All Progressives Congress and a presidential candidate, has guaranteed that if elected, he will restore the country’s economic prosperity, tranquility, security, and political stability.

Mr. Bayo Onanuga, his Director of Media and Communication, said as much in a manifesto titled ‘My Vision for Nigeria’ signed on Friday.

Tinubu pledged to make Nigeria the pride of Africa if his presidential aspiration becomes a reality in 2023, according to a statement highlighting his five-point agenda.

‘a vibrant and thriving democracy and a prosperous nation with a fast-growing industrial base, capable of producing the most basic needs of the people and exporting to other countries of the world.’ He pledged.

Additionally, according to the statement,’Tinubu also promised to create six new Regional Economic Development Agencies, which will establish sub-regional industrial hubs to exploit each zone’s competitive advantage and optimise their potential for industrial growth.’

Meanwhile, Ondo State Women for Tinubu, an APC women’s organisation, has implored the party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, to ensure fairness and allow party representatives to vote in the presidential primary for their favorite candidate.

Mrs. Bola Ige, the group’s head, announced in a statement on Friday that while the APV Constitution authorizes for a consensus candidate, it must be a valid consensus, with all aspirants signing a written document indicating their agreement.

“In the spirit of justice, equity, and fair play, our great party should allow all the presidential aspirants to go for the primaries. Let the people determine who will be their president.”, Ige stated.

“ Plans to force the people to support a purported aspirant will surely bring hatred and disunity in APC and jeopardize our chances in the general election.”
