Putin was seen on television being informed by the military that the missile was launched from Plesetsk in the country’s northwest and struck targets in the far eastern Kamchatka peninsula.

“The new complex has the highest tactical and technical characteristics and is capable of overcoming all modern means of anti-missile defense. It has no analogues in the world and won’t have for a long time to come,” according to Putin.
“This truly unique weapon will strengthen the combat potential of our armed forces, reliably ensure Russia’s security from external threats and provide food for thought for those who, in the heat of frenzied aggressive rhetoric, try to threaten our country.”

As reported by the Congressional Research Service of the United States Congress, Russia is expected to roll out a new heavy intercontinental ballistic missile known as the Sarmat. Each Sarmat will be armed with ten or more nuclear warheads.

It has been in the works for a long time in the past, according to previous reports. This is due to the fact that Russia’s war in Ukraine is causing widespread concern throughout the world.
