A former member of the House of Representatives, Abdulmumin Jibrin has disclosed that the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who is also a presidential aspirant, Bola Tinubu has huge shares in Apple Corporation as well as a top English club.

Jibrin explained that he was shocked to his marrows when he discovered that Tinubu also owns large shares in Manchester United Football Club.

Jibrin, who is also the Director-General of the Tinubu Support Management Council, made this disclosure while responding to inquiries on APC National Leader’s source of wealth in an interview with Arise Tv which was monitored by Africa Daily News, New York.

Jibrin noted that Tinubu’s source of wealth has always being in public glare.

He said: ‘He has means, this man has business in his DNA, importing, exporting.

‘So, why are they not asking where he was getting that money from? This is a man who has had investments all over the world.

‘Massive shares in Apple (Apple Inc). Apple that you know and if you know the processes you have to go through, the due diligence to be a shareholder there.

‘And I was actually even surprised lately when I was watching a football match with him, for me to get to know that he is a shareholder in Manchester United. So he has been in business.’

Recently, Tinubu declared his intention to run for the presidency in 2023.

Africa Daily News, New York can confirm that there has been much controversy over Tinubu’s source of income with many suggesting that the former Governor has monopolised the finances of Lagos State as well as a few other States in South western Nigeria, a claim he has repeatedly denied.
