Governor Bala Mohammed’s elder brother has been kidnapped.
According to reports, gunmen kidnapped Adamu Mohammed Duguri at about 7:30 pm on Wednesday.
The gunmen kidnapped him at Anguwar Jaki in Bauchi metropolis.
Channels TV confirmed the news from the Senior Special Assistant to the governor. .
The news of the abduction came barely 24 hours after Governor Bala Mohammed tested positive to the coronavirus.
He and his family are now in quarantine, supervised by officers of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
