Thy thought is seed, thy heart is the garden, they actions are the plant and thy circumstances are the fruit.
Nothing happen by chance in life and as a man that desire elevation, you must start by sowing the seed of what you want in the garden so that you will be able to develop the energy that is required to achieve the feat.
Then as a leader it is what you have in mind for those that choose you will come to them. This is so because you are the channel through which such can get to them. This can not happen unless you sincerely and continually ponder in your heart those things that are their problem.
Thoughts you ponder in your heart today will manifest in thy actions tomorrow.
This is true of every action of man. They are all the replica of what the heart holds. If you ponder on right thoughts always your actions are bound to become right. This is because our heart is the production chamber where actions go through it production process. But what we see today is an unstable man whose actions are untenable because of his unstable thoughts. Man is unreliable because he does not control the thoughts that get into his mind. If man can learn to choose good thoughts and ponders them in his heart he will grow to a state of mastery. If such is attained you will become a more reliable partner and more effective in discharging your duty.
Leaders in every nation are the thoughts of that nation and when they are bad that nation is most unfortunate.
Since our thoughts determine what the effect will be in our life. Every effect you see today is as a result of the thoughts that first took root in the heart of men. Every success, failure and every structure you see today is as a result of existing thoughts. So thoughts are very important in the whole existence of man. In the same way leaders who pilot affairs of every nation are like thought(s) that determines which effect will take place in that nation. if they like thoughts are good leader’s they will make good effects to occure, but if they are bad the effects they bring will surely be bad. You can not give what you do not have even as a leader. As encapsulated in a latin maixim : “Axiom’ ne mo dat Quad non ha ebet”
The three cardinal rituals for great minds are sowing of pure thoughts, weeding off impure thoughts and constant pondering on the sowed pure thoughts deliberately.
These three cardinal rituals are very important in the life of every man; and it can only be achieved by meditation. Eagles are the only bird that doesn’t need continuous stroking of their wings to soar high during storm wind. But for we men we must always stroke so as not to crash. Man will continue to practice this three cardinal rituals; sow, weed and ponder(tend) on good thoughts deliberately. These three acts completes the psycho-spiritual cycle that strengthens and redirects the physical. Every leader must make out time to undergo these three cardinal rituals so as not to be overtaken by bestial desires.
