Police have arrested a man they say raped a 13-year-old girl while she was walking to her friend’s house in Brooklyn, cops said.
Kervins Germain, 29, was nabbed Wednesday night for the Nov. 1 attack on the teen inside a home on E. 102nd St. and Avenue M in Canarsie, police said.
The girl was walking to a friend’s house about 11:30 p.m. when Germain walked up to her and convinced her to follow him into a nearby building, where he raped and sexually assaulted her. The victim was treated at a local hospital and later released.
Germain, who lives about a mile from where he attacked the teen, was charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
His arraignment was pending Thursday.
