51. As Governor, Obi provided Internet facilities to all the secondary schools in the State. While he was leaving, he paid subscription of two years for the Internet to Galaxy Backbone. Once the subscription ended, Obiano is yet to renew it.
Can James say anything about this?
52. Six years of being the Governor, Obiano has engaged GLO at the cost of 54 million to provide special Internet line for him. When he was not satisfied, he engaged Cool Fm’s Dish at the cost of 37m. Dissatisfied, he is now using Airtel at the cost of 69m. Airtel will tell you that he is the highest consumer of Internet. The same thing in Lodge is available in his Aguleri House. The cost of the project is 500% inflated.
Majority of the traffic on his line are pornographic films.
53. During Obi’s time, he paid 1 million Naira to all first class graduates from Anambra State. Has Obiano paid a kobo?
He’d rather use that money for Crystal champagne.
54. Obi instituted social welfare in the state by paying 10,000 to selected poorest people from each town, who must not be retirees or have responsible sons. 20% of the money Obiano pays to his over 1500 aides and numerous e-rats can take care of that.

55. In his 6th year, Obiano has painted the fence of the governor’s lodge 5 times and each cost not less than 77 million Naira. The tender for the next painting after the rain has been submitted. The contract is always done by his Cousin.
56. Can James tell us what Obiano’s brothers and sisters were doing before he became Governor? This question is necessary because all of them are today working as Obiano’s aides.
57. Are Anambra people aware that in the bid to raise and steal money, Obiano ordered the collection of money from all the people occupying Government Houses and regularise their papers?
•Obiano asked the Commissioner for Land to collect money and regularise the titles of people who illegally encroached on government land. He charges them three times the normal money, pay the normal money into Government coffers and keep others. Those that live in places like Trans Nkisi at Osha can testify to this.
58. Have you seen Obiano’s dressing? Does he dress responsibly or like a thoughtless undergraduate yet to attain maturity?
59. As Governor, the gate to the Government House was used by everybody, including former Governors. Under Obiano another gate was constructed and only him uses one gate.
•He did the same at the lodge. Only him uses one entrance into the lodge.
60.Could James Tell us how many billions Anambra spend on diesel per month to power his street lights? Strategic thinking? And who has the contract for the supply and from which filling station?
