and Obiano is doing well according to his aides

I read the nonsense from Gov. Willie Obiano media men, James Eze, Ejike Anyaduba, Obigwe and others. Even when the present deplorable state of Anambra State are echoed by Anambrarians, James kept saying Obi’s boys. He even mentioned Dr. Emeka Egoigwe, a practicing medical doctor as among Obi’s boys. Why this level of wickedness? The only crime Obi committed is that he made Obiano the Governor. The only thing Obiano and his team do daily is trying to de-market Obi. Did what happen during the presidential election not enough for them to know that Obi’s goodness is etched in the minds of Ndi Anambra and Nigerians to be destroyed by their propaganda?

Though most of us do not work for him, but Nigerians that have conscience always rise to defend him from evil men like Obiano and his aides.

Now, in reply to the nonsense James wrote, I want to raise some issues and ask him some questions

Read Also: Debunking the lies of James Eze, Gov. Obiano’s aide

1. He mentioned list of names as those kidnapped before Obiano. 30% of them were actually kidnapped under Obiano. I do not want to dwell on this, but let me point out one name as an example. He mentioned Hon. C.C. Okoli (28 on his list) , a Commissioner under Mr. Peter Obi. Okoli was actually kidnapped under Obiano. A simple google search will show the actual date.

2. James should tell us if it is true that Anambra, from zero debt under Obi is now the 11th most indebted state in Nigeria.

3. Is James aware that his Principal confessed during gubernatorial debate that he had spent the 75 billion Naira Obi saved and went on to justify it by saying that it was not good to save money while the people are hungry. Can he show us what he spent the money on? Is this part of the strategic vision of Obiano he talked about?

4. In the history of Anambra State, Obiano has received more money than any governor of the state, can James tell us what he did with over 50 billion he has received as Paris refund?

5. Can James confirm collection of 1.4 billion Naira monthly by Obiano out of which his wife gets 200m as her own security vote. None of his predecessors took more than an average of 200m per month .

* I challenge James to name 5 roads Obiano started and completed in Anambra State, outside his home town of Aguleri where he has done over 30. Poor Deputy Governor, he recently completed one road Obi started in his town, a by-pass if less than 1 kilometer?

6. James talks about landmark infrastructure, I challenge him to name one Obiano has done while I will name some Obi did. I hope he is not going to mention the 3 useless flyovers that are better destroyed than continue to be an eye sore. The flyovers shake when vehicles pass leading to their closure to heavy vehicles. When it rains, the flyovers leak and now cause more traffics because of faulty design.

The most strategic landmark Obi left in the state is not the Teaching Hospital he built from scratch. It is not the School of Agriculture, Mgbakwu he built from scratch. It is the two giant secretariat he built from scratch, which Obiano recently spent 270 million Naira to paint only the outside. It is not the over 30 bridges he built across the state, including the sturdy Nkpor Flyover which total length is more than the three eyesore at Awka. All manner of vehicles ply his flyover and it has not been closed to traffics. Even when erosion threatened the flyover, it stood firm. It is actually a pity that flyover is what these people consider as landmark project.

Obi’s biggest landmark is ironically the development of the human being under him which he achieved through personal example.

Obi is not known to have been drunk once and he does not womanize like Obiano. Moral example is his forte and one of the landmarks he left in the state.

His greatest achievement is the return of schools to the Church and direct disbursement of over 7 billion to them for the rehabilitation of the schools that made Anambra to remain no 1 in performance in WAEC and NECO under him.

Can James tell us our performance now?

7. Obi attracted industries to the state. James wrote diatribes about SABmilller, but he should be told that one, two, three major industries can change the fortunes of the state. Today, SABmiller is the greatest source of IGR to Obiano.

* Is James aware that as at the time Obi left, Distel and Neimeth pharmaceutical company were already building their facilities, which they abandoned because Of Obiano’s selfish demands/requests.

8. Can James confirm that international breweries which had already acquired land at the bank of Omambala River at Anam under Obi for the building of biggest brewery in Africa has to re-located to Shagamu because of Obiano’s inordinate demand from them?

* Can James confirm that Obiano’s strategic vision as he calls it made Distel to also re-locate to Lagos after his inordinate demands. They have since started production?

9 Is James aware that the land allocated to Distel by Obi at Ozubulu has been re-allocated to Stanel, Obiano’s business partner? Is this part of his strategic vision?

10: Out of the over 70 MoUs signed by Obiano, can James show us one that is functional?

…to be continued.
