Fresh reports reaching the desk of Africa Daily News, New York has finally mapped out the real damage which had been meted out by the attack on the convoy of Apostle Johnson Suleman which had been viciously attacked Friday evening.

The controversial cleric has been identified as the Senior Pastor and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) International.

And it had been gathered that gunmen ambushed his motorcade on Warake road in Auchi, Edo State.

No fewer than four policemen, one driver and a lady are confirmed dead.

Gory videos of the attack and bodies are circulating on the internet.

A Twitter user, @iamoodickson wrote: “Apostle Johnson Suleman just got off the phone with me now.

He escaped Assassins this afternoon. Sadly his 7 members were all gunned down.”

The incident occurred barely six weeks after the convoy of Anambra Senator Andy Ubah came under fire.

Some of the security officers guarding him and two aides died of bullet wounds.

In a related report, in the aftermath of the deadly attack of his life which had been carried out on his convoy, Apostle Johnson Suleman of the Omega Fire Ministry has finally made some confirmations as regards the deadly attack on his motorcade.

It had been reported that some unknown gunmen had ambushed the cleric’s convoy on Warake road in Auchi, Edo State on Friday evening while killing seven persons including police officers.

And Confirming the incident, Apostle Suleman who lamented that he has been going through some tough times, said he cannot be killed. He had also confirmed that the incident had been an assassination attempt but vowed not to mention the names of those behind the attack.
