Sunday Igboho, the embattled Yoruba Nation agitator has finally reacted to the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari’s recent remark that some of the millions of Nigerians who had been murdered during the Nigerian Biafra civil war had died in order to ensure the country’s unity.

Sunday Igboho has clearly warned that such a large-scale killing would never be allowed to happen again in Nigeria under his watch.

President Buhari had also urged all the political leaders to stay focused and uphold the ultimate objective of promoting the interest of the country. He stressed that the country can’t afford another civil war.

Reacting, Igboho, in a statement by his spokesman, Olayomi Koiki, said: “We know President Muhammadu Buhari is the Patron of all the Fulani worldwide. But Yoruba land can never be conquered by Fulani.

“President Muhammadu Buhari was reminding Nnamdi Kanu and the Igbos of the massacre they carried out during the Biafra War. The President should know that this can never be repeated again in any of our land.

“We have all woken up to Fulani Agenda.”

In another report, the embattled Yoruba secessionist leader, Sunday Adeyemi who is popularly known as Igboho, has refuted and debunked the claims that he abandoned the agitation for Yoruba nation.

Igboho had reiterated that there is no going back on the issue of seceding and the actualisation of the Yoruba nation.

In his latest video, the agitator urged Yoruba monarchs to mobilize and support the agitation for Oduduwa Republic.

According to Igboho: “I, Sunday Adeyemo and all those who are following me on the issue of Yoruba Nation, there is no going back for us. There are talks around that we have stopped clamouring for Yoruba nation, that is not true, it is an unconfirmed rumour. We want Yoruba Nation, we want to be free from slavery because what God has given us on our land is enough to feed us.

“I want you, the Yoruba monarchs, to call a meeting, come together, you can see how our people are being killed everywhere, this is not good. Please come together and support us, may you live long. Yoruba Nation, no going back.”
