For this year, the topic for the literary prize is; ‘RESTRUCTURING: The Best Way Forward For Nigeria’. To become winners, interested participants are encouraged to write extensively about this topic and express in practical terms what they believe should be done, how it should be done, and the modalities. The work which is expected to be thoroughly original and the minimum word count is pegged at 2,500 words. Participants are expected to be very creative and original because plagiarism will earn them an automatic disqualification from the contest.
