Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency (LNSA) has sanctioned two officers involved in the unlawful treatment of Uber driver, Adedotun Clement, during the End SARS protest.
Africa Daily News, New York reported how Lagos Neighborhood Safety Corps (LNSC) personnel and police officers brutalized ClementΒ on Wednesday despite identifying himself.
The operatives and supervising officers went through an orderly room trial after they were charged with disreputable conduct

Their action was contempt of the rules contained in the LNSA Handbook Articles E (ii) & (iii), O (iv) and N (x).
The two officers directly involved in the assault were de-kitted and suspended for 2 months.
They will be redeployed to another command of the agency for behavioural evaluation and further reprimand.
Their Commanding Superintendents and the Divisional Commander were suspended for one month; the deputies are to take charge until further notice.
LSNA General Manager, Ifalade Oyekan apologized to Clement and restated the Lagos governmentβs commitment to secure lives and properties.
