A second member of an anti-corruption organisation in the Democratic Republic of Congo has been arrested and detained after it made accusations against the presidentβs wife.
Africa Daily News, New York reports that the organisation, known as ‘Lutte Pour Le Changement’ (Lucha) alleged that a foundation run by the First lady, Denise Tshisekedi had diverted aid meant for the victims of a volcanic eruption. The foundation denied the allegations.

According to reports, Ghislain Muhiwa was arrested at his home in the eastern city of Goma.
His colleague Parfait Muhani was arrested in July over the same incident and is awaiting trial before a military court.
