A recent video shows Senegalese-American singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and actor  Aliaume Damala Badara Akon Thiam popularly known as Akon and his brother Omar being pulled over by Atlanta police officers to take pictures.

The video shows two police officers pulling the singer over in his convertible and then asking him to take a few pictures with them to which he obliged.

The video was recorded by Akon’s brother who still remained in the vehicle.

Akon although being a very successful artiste has a crime-filled life which he tries to use to motivate people on the disadvantages of being a criminal.

He is the first solo artist to hold both the number one and two spots simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100 charts twice.
