Vishen Lakhiani,  a Malaysian-born entrepreneur of Indian descent, author, and speaker, the co-founder and CEO of Mindvalley, and the author of The Code of the Extraordinary Mind has opened up on some extraordinary facts about the mammoth dangers of drinking and ingesting the popular household soft drink (soda) Coca-Cola otherwise known as Coke.

In a documentary video that he produced and published on Facebook, Vishen references an interview with the Coca-Cola Company CEO, James Quincy and a journalist Jeremy Paxman who bombards the CEO with a lot of essential questions concerning the production and constituents of the much-beloved household drink.

When asked what good Coca-cola does the human body, the director replied by saying that the Coca-Cola drink is a standard energy drink because of it’s sugar content.

An average human adult should not ingest more than 25 grammes or (6 teaspoonfuls) of sugar a day, but one can of coca-Cola has been shown to exceed that limit.
Sugar normally has been found to be more addictive than cocaine and it causes a lot of damage to be body, the most common being obesity and diabetes, it also drops energy levels in the body and affects the mental health capacity. It is very dangerous when ingested in an artificial form.

But rather surprisingly, a can contains a minimum of 23 satchets of artificial sugar which equals to 70 grammes per Coca Cola can. This is the standard required weekly dosage of sugar all taken in one downing of a can of Coca-Cola.

And even in the “Coca-Cola Zero Sugar”, they make up for the taste by adding dangerous artificial sweeteners which affect the normal metabolism of the human body and hamper the activities of body sustaining microbes.

ADVERTISEMENT AND PROPAGANDA

Coca Cola has argued that they usually warn about the adverse effects of their products on the human body in their advertisements and campaigns, but this has been proven to be very false.
