Former Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger, has asserted that Borussia Dortmund’s star man Erling Haaland will find it hard to reject the chance of playing in the Premier League.

Africa Daily News, New York understands that Haaland has been heavily linked with Europe’s top teams including Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Chelsea over the last few months.

However, other non-English clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain have continued to monitor the situation while keeping tabs on the 21-year-old.

Wenger believes Haaland, 21, will return to the country where he was born.

Speaking to reporters on Friday, the experienced tactician stated that the English league might not be the ideal destination for the wonder kid.

He told Bild Live: ‘I think that will happen. The economic power of the Premier League is too strong.

‘English football is dominant because it is where the most money is. The best players always go the best way to make the most money.’
