Departing Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi has revealed what he feels the toughest time of his glory-filled carrier is.
According to the 6-time Ballon D’or winner, leaving his boyhood club, Barcelona was the ‘toughest time of his career.’
Messi made this assertion on Sunday during his farewell speech to Barcelona at a press conference in Spain.
‘This [leaving Barcelona] is the toughest time of my career, without a doubt.
‘I had a lot of tough times, but then I could go back to train and get revenge.

‘Now I can’t go back, my time at this club is over,’ Messi said.
Messi is widely expected to join French Ligue 1 giants, PSG.
