In a statement released on Wednesday by his Media Office and signed by Tunde Rahman, Asiwaju Tinubu said: “Alhaji Kashim Ibrahim-Imam is bringing on board the TETFUND board his high cognitive abilities, deep knowledge and immense skills.
“He honed his administrative and managerial skills over years of constant learning, and engagement in the corporate sector.
“From my years of close relationship with him, I know that his tenacity, courage, conviction, innovative ideas and commitment to the development of tertiary education in Nigeria, he has the right qualities to make a huge difference at this important organisation.
“I congratulate Alhaji Ibrahim-Imam for this appointment. I commend President Muhammadu Buhari and the Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu for their wisdom and prudence in finding an excellent man for the job.
