Ron Perlman, popularly known as  “Hellboy” has filed for divorce from his wife, Opal Stone Perlman, on Tuesday in Los Angeles, after 38 years of marriage.

Speculating on reason for divorce, it was reported that sometimes this year, the actor was seen kissing Allison Dunbar, who has appeared on his Crackle series, “StartUp”.

After the kissing incident, the star was spotted coming out of Alexander Steakhouse in Pasadena, California after spending an intimate dinner with Dunbar in May.

Neither Perlman nor Stone have commented publicly about the divorce, and Dunbar has not either.

Ron has been seen in several of Allison’s Instagram shots since they started working together on Crackle’s StartUp.

Last February, Dunbar shared a photo of Perlman and his daughter Blake all having dinner together.

According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Ron says their separation date was May 10 of this year. In the documents, Ron says if there’s spousal support to be paid, it will go to Opal.

The two got married on Valentine’s Day, in 1981 and they have a son and a daughter, but they’re adults now, so child support will not be an issue in this divorce, therefore, this makes it an easy divorce.

Perlman will next be seen in the animated comedy Go Fish with Mark Hamill, which hits theaters November 19, Daily Mail reports.
