I was getting so many questions from Nurses about how to print out form 1 and notarize it and make payment from Nigeria. So I had to call New York state board of Professionals Nursing to enquire how you can make payment from Nigeria.
They told me that it is best to fill out online application form 1.
They only accept bank cheques from United States Banks.
So I will like to use this opportunity to inform All to fill online form 1.
You can print out Forms 2F and 3F to send to your Nursing school and Nursing Council respectively.
